evita_miaУра, я нашла "Гордость и предубеждение" на английском! Теперь читаю--и мне такое счастье... Я балдею:-)
Кстати, моя школьная подруга тоже сейчас эту книгу читает, только по-русски--она уже на середине, а я только восемь глав прочла:-) Так у нее в аннотации написано, будто в оригинале книга называется "гордость и гордыня"... с какого птолка взяли?:-)))
Hooray, I've found "Pride and Prejudice" in English! Now i'm reading the book--and I enjoy it so much... :-)
By the way, my school friend is reading this book too, but in Russian. She's already in the middle of the book, and I've read but eight chapters so far:-) And the annotation to her book says that "prejudice" means about the same as "pride"--I wonder, where did they get the nonsense from?:-)))
